Wenn wir Meditation täglich praktizieren,
können wir uns darauf verlassen, dass die inneren und äußeren Probleme unseres Lebens gelöst sind.
Pratul
Pratul was born in Innsbruck in 1964. He has been meditating since 1984 and works as a freelance. Like Kanala, he grew up with music. His father, too, is a passionate musician and has contributed to several CDs in the field of Jazz. But unlike Kanala, Pratul received music education. He was enrolled at the Innsbruck Conservatory, where he also learned to play piano.
Even at an international level, Pratul gained recognition as he used his extraordinary musical as well as mental skills to memorize more than 7,000 spiritual songs and to perform them with fellow musicians, mostly in sets of 50 and in the right order. Surely, this feat is worthy of an entry into the Guinness Book of World Records. Not much of a surprise, then, that he is also capable of sight-reading. He is the only member of the group who doesn’t rehearse – not because he’s lazy but simply because he doesn’t need to. His “golden” voice earns him a very special position in our ensemble. This voice, captivating seekers from all around the world, has been immortalized in solos that are featured on all CDs by Arthada & Friends.
Pratul plays “first harmonium“ and is also an excellent flautist. His bamboo transverse flute was handcrafted by a friend.
